The “BOOTING IN SAFEMODE MINIMAL” BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) error may appear during the initialization process for Windows XP, Vista, 2000, 2008, and Windows 7 and 8. You have to follow the prompts and instructions that appear in the dialog window, and then allow the computer to finish the restoration to the selected restore point. You have to restart the computer once the System Restore process has been completed.
