My bluetooth on/off icon switch does not show, what do i do? Asked by Thinh Nguyen 2013/10/22 14:02 Hardware

	Have you tried updating your drivers on your computer? You can do this through either the Device Manager in the Control Panel or use a product like Driver Reviver to scan and detect out of date drivers for you. All hardware installed on your computer uses a driver to make it work with your operating system. These drivers should be kept up to date to make sure everything works as it should. Hi Thinh,

Try uninstalling the wireless components(Bluetooth,Wifi) Drivers and then restartig the Laptop and let the Windows detect the Hardware on its own.
Then it will search the windows update and download the required driver.

If this does not work then you can try the below steps:

Open Run (Win+R)
Key in devmgmt.msc
The Bluetooth will be available as an Unkown Device.
Roght click on the icon and press Update Driver Software.
The click on the Automatically Search the Web Option.

This should work for you.
