The OpenOffice Suite was developed by Apache since 2011 to present. NeoOffice was developed by PLanamesa Software wherein it is known as an office suite for MAC OS X. It is equivalent to OPenOffice.org as well as Microsoft Office, but it is exclusively created for MAC OS X as this was conceptualized when there was still no OpenOffice suite available for MAC computers.
